Enterprise Protection: An Urgent Opportunity
Over the past 3 years, fraud attacks targeting the business customers of telecom service providers have increased significantly in volume and diversity. AB Handshake has observed this global trend in both the voice and SMS traffic of our customers. Current technologies and procedures at operator and carrier levels often fall short in preventing revenue loss and reputational damage to enterprises. To make matters worse, this compromises both voice and SMS as communication channels, pushing businesses to explore alternative ways of communicating with their customers. The urgency for strengthening the defense against such threats is evident. The question is, where do we start, and how do we turn this challenge into a mutually beneficial business opportunity? AB Handshake will share both recent findings and best practices for creating a safer and more transparent ecosystem for telecommunication service providers and their enterprise customers.
Speaker: Dmitry Sumin, Head of Product, AB Handshake.
Date: Tuesday 12th December 2023 – 11am Est
