License and Site Access

Signing up for membership does mean that the Membership Company respects and complies to CFCA’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and respects the Constitution and Bylaws and the overall ethos of telecommunications fraud mitigation.
Membership cannot be distributed to other parties or third party partners of the Membership Company. Membership companies and individual members under this membership should be employed by the Member company. CFCA cannot fully monitor or control when and if such activities occur, but would have grounds to take appropriate disciplinary action if Membership Companies have discovered to evade this policy, which may mean eviction from CFCA.

CFCA members agree not to make any public or private statement at any time that is disparaging of the organisation, its affiliates or any of their respective present or former officers, directors, members, agents, or employees, as applicable, or their predecessors, successors or assigns.
CFCA members further agree not to engage in any conduct, (business or personal), that brings the organizational objectives of the organisation into disrepute. The CFCA agrees not to make any public or private statement at any time that is disparaging of a CFCA member.
Any CFCA corporate member or individual member that is linked or associated with any fraudulent or illegal activities will be expelled from CFCA. Any member, corporate member not meeting CFCA’s ethos, standards or goals in collaborative fraud prevention may also have their membership revoked.
Prospective and existing CFCA member companies or individuals working or associated with member companies that have shown/show or undertaken/undertake negative, derogatory actions against the organisation or any present or former officers, directors, members, agents, or employees may be prevented from joining CFCA.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use as a username, name or profile image that is offensive, vulgar or obscene.
CFCA reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in their sole discretion. CFCA may terminate or suspend an individual account or Company Membership and bar access to the website immediately, without prior notice or liability, under their sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms of Use.
User Profile
Your User Profile will be accessible for viewing to other CFCA members for the purpose of collaboration and networking in CFCA Member Search functionality. Your profile will not be editable by other members and it is the responsibility of the profile owner to keep contact details up to date and relevant. Abuse of the CFCA Members search feature for bulk marketing may mean membership will be revoked of the offending individual and/or organisation.
Grievance
If a member has a grievance with the CFCA, please raise this with a CFCA board member for resolution. Individually or collaborativly, CFCA would endeavour to resolve any forseen grievance.
