Title: 25 Years of Fraud

Abstract: Equinox Information Systems has been in the telecommunications industry since 1986 as well as an active member of CFCA for over 25 years. During this time, they’ve seen and experienced just about everything when it comes to telecommunications fraud. In this ‘Meet the Press’ style panel to get a unique perspective on how telecom fraud has evolved during their CFCA tenure.

Panelists will discuss fraud types and perpetration methods that have come and gone, the ones that have lingered or resurged, and they’ll discuss which fraud management strategies have stood the test of time. Other discussion points include how trends and historical events shape mitigation efforts, with a special look at how vastly different companies with varying customer markets have collaborated so brilliantly to combat the scourge of fraud.  This session includes time for Q&A with the panelists.
