Working with schools and girls aged 16 – 17. Each girl getting her own mentor, meeting regularly at least once a month.
The mentor group consists of senior women with extensive professional and leadership experience who want to give back to society. The mentors work on a voluntary basis and cover their own costs.
Every month, visits are organized to different workplaces and institutions. These take place in groups, jointly for all mentees and mentors.
“We support young girls in vulnerable areas to reach their full potential, feel included and contribute to a stronger society.” “By building bridges and creating opportunities, we shape a better future for both these girls and our society at large.”
