Domestic or International Radials:
At the recent educational event in Dallas there was a topic discussed briefly. It's a fraud scenario in which the fraudster approaches a valid customer who agrees to share his wireless subscription with the fraudster during certain times of the day/night in exchange for some form of compensation.
Example scenario: I typically sleep from 11pm to 6am. I agree to allow a fraudster to effectively "take over" my line of service (via a SIM swap, I would assume) during the window in which I am sleeping anyway and do not need to use the phone. The fraudster engages in IRSF or other profitable usage schemes while I sleeps. Then in the morning, before I wake, the fraudster gives control back to me.
I am hoping someone can chime in to provide any available details regarding this scheme: details about how it is executed, data quantifying its prevelance, and/or tips to combat this scheme.
